Doosan Bobcat is seeking a Test Engineer to join a cross functional team and drive testing for bobcat equipment and systems. You will devise, set up and execute laboratory and field tests, translating technical work tasks into measurable data to support engineering decisions.

Responsibilities include learning products, using measurements and transducers, and developing test documentation. Strong mechanical skills, teamwork, and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering (general/mechanical/Agriculture) required.
• Strong mechanical and engineering skills with safety awareness.
• Experience with test methods, data acquisition, and validation preferred.
• Ability to interpret schematics and test standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Devise, set up, and execute lab and field tests on Bobcat equipment.
• Translate engineering tasks into physical measurements for decisions.
• Perform basic engineering analysis under guidance.
• Train in data acquisition and instrumentation use.
• Prepare technical test documentation and results.
• Follow safety practices and work with cross-functional teams.
• Support external test labs and field testing as needed.
