Job summary

TOOGANN TECHNOLOGIES is seeking an ADAS Systems Engineer to lead development, integration, validation, and launch of ADAS features across vehicle programs. You will work on ADAS ECUs, Domain Controllers, and ensure tight hardware-software-sensor-network integration.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in electrical/automotive engineering and 3+ years in ADAS, vehicle electronics, or system integration. You’ll analyze requirements, craft specs, validate with radar, cameras, CAN/CAN FD, and Ethernet,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Automotive Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years in ADAS, vehicle electronics, ECU development, or system integration.
  • Knowledge of CAN, CAN FD, LIN, and Ethernet.
  • Experience with ADAS sensors, diagnostics (UDS/DTCs), and vehicle testing.
  • Familiarity with requirements management and validation processes.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and integrate ADAS hardware and software into new vehicle platforms.
  • Support ADAS ECU and ADCU development and vehicle integration.
  • Analyze system requirements and create technical specs and interface documentation.
  • Integrate and validate inputs from Radar, Cameras, CAN/CAN FD, and Automotive Ethernet networks.
  • Support ADAS functions including: NOA, PKS, APS, Map Positioning Functions.
  • Conduct vehicle, bench, and HIL testing to verify system performance and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, communication, and vehicle integration issues.
  • Support diagnostics, cybersecurity, and OTA implementation.
  • Perform ECU electrical validation including pinout verification, communication testing, environmental, vibration, and temperature testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and suppliers to resolve technical issues and support program milestones.

Job description

The ADAS Systems Engineer is responsible for the development, integration, validation, and launch of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) for vehicle programs. This role supports ADAS ECUs and Domain Controllers, ensuring seamless integration of hardware, software, sensors, and vehicle networking systems to deliver high-quality ADAS features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and integrate ADAS hardware and software systems into new vehicle platforms.
  • Support ADAS ECU and ADAS Domain Control Unit (ADCU) development and vehicle integration.
  • Analyze system requirements and create technical specifications and interface documentation.
  • Integrate and validate inputs from Radar, Cameras, CAN/CAN FD, and Automotive Ethernet networks.
  • Support ADAS functions including:
  • Navigation on Autopilot (NOA)
  • Parking Sensing System (PKS)
  • Auto Park System (APS)
  • Map Positioning Functions
  • Conduct vehicle, bench, and HIL testing to verify system performance and functionality.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, communication, and vehicle integration issues.
  • Support diagnostics, fault detection, cybersecurity, and OTA (Over-the-Air) implementation.
  • Perform ECU electrical validation, including pinout verification, communication testing, environmental, vibration, and temperature testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and suppliers to resolve technical issues and support program milestones.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in ADAS, vehicle electronics, ECU development, or system integration.
  • Knowledge of automotive communication protocols including CAN, CAN FD, LIN, and Ethernet.
  • Experience with ADAS sensors, diagnostics (UDS/DTCs), and vehicle testing.
  • Familiarity with requirements management and validation processes.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Level 2/Level 2+ ADAS systems.
  • Knowledge of ISO 26262 Functional Safety and ISO/SAE 21434 Cybersecurity.
  • Experience with Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer) and HIL environments.
  • Understanding of AUTOSAR and OTA architectures.
