Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in verification, validation, reliability testing, or hardware/system testing of complex products.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of hardware/software interactions and ability to troubleshoot across domains.
• Experience with laboratory test equipment, data acquisition, and fixture design.
• Demonstrated use of statistical methods and root-cause investigations.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools to support productivity and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk-based V&V strategies for subsystems and major features with cross-functional partners.
• Develop and improve hands-on test capabilities and lab setups for hardware and integrated systems.
• Lead complex system and integration testing including performance, stress, and safety-critical verification.
• Turn test data into engineering insight using statistical methods to identify trends and risks.
• Lead structured failure investigations and drive corrective actions and retests.
• Create clear, traceable V&V evidence through plans, protocols, and reports.
