Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in verification, validation, and reliability testing for complex products.
• Strong system-level understanding of hardware and software interactions.
• Experience applying statistical methods to test data and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk-based V&V strategies for subsystems and major features.
• Develop hands-on test capabilities and laboratory setups for hardware and integrated systems.
• Lead complex system and integration testing including performance, stress, and safety verification.
• Translate data into engineering insight using statistics to identify trends and risks.
• Conduct structured failure investigations and drive corrective actions with retest plans.
• Create traceable V&V evidence through plans, protocols, and reports; report progress to stakeholders.
• Influence product/test strategy through design reviews and risk-management involvement.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians to strengthen problem-solving capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to expand coverage and automation for V&V processes.
