Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Test Engineer III to develop and maintain automated test equipment and test software for high-reliability electronics used in power management and hybrid microelectronics. The role collaborates across Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Operations to improve yields and support new product introductions.

The ideal candidate has strong LabVIEW programming skills and extensive experience with automated test equipment in a production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Experience with LabVIEW programming and automated test equipment is required.
• Experience supporting manufacturing test operations in a production environment is required.
• Master's Degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, validate, and document automated test software and hardware for characterization, qualification, and production testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve test software, hardware, fixture, and instrumentation issues.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to investigate yield losses and product performance issues.
• Analyze test data and support root cause investigations for product and process failures.
• Participate in corrective and preventive action activities and cost reduction initiatives.
