Specialized Bicycle Components, Inc. in Morgan Hill, CA is seeking a Test Engineer II to identify and mitigate risks for new products by developing validation plans and adapting test methods.

You will evaluate production readiness by analyzing test results and collaborating with Field Quality, Design, Quality, and Product teams. The role requires 2–4 years in test development or data acquisition, hands-on lab work, CAD/GD&T know-how, and travel up to four times annually.

Competenze

• 2-4 years of experience in test development or data acquisition and analysis.
• Experience with FEA, Quality Engineering, or Mechanical Design Engineering.
• Ability to balance established test methods with new approaches for emerging risks.
• Experience investigating complex failure modes and translating field observations into lab validation methods.
• Familiar with data acquisition using strain gauges, load cells, potentiometers, accelerometers.
• Familiar with PLC logic and PID feedback loops.
• Willing to travel internationally up to four times per year.
