Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or at least 2 years as Test Engineer.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient in scripting with C++, Python, XML and CMD.
• Good understanding of general computing device architectures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office for test reports and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and performs tests at the quality control stage of the manufacturing process.
• Gathers and studies information regarding materials and components to be used in production.
• Drafts proposals for testing programs and operating procedures; outlines testing conditions.
• Tests new products; develops systems to gather digital data during testing.
• Studies data gathered during testing and evaluates results.
• Identifies problems with new products; makes adjustments or recommendations.
• Continues testing and analysis until results meet product requirements.
• Drafts detailed technical reports and recommends necessary production corrections.
• Develops ongoing QC testing procedures to be incorporated into regular production.
• Performs other related duties as required.
• Find innovative methods to save time and money while maintaining effectiveness.
