Job summary
Ctrl+ is a leading software engineering and staffing firm based in Elkridge, Maryland, seeking a Software Engineer (SWE) Skill Level 3. Responsibilities include supporting full lifecycle testing, test plan development, and automated testing capabilities for DoD programs.
A Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph is required. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 6 years of relevant experience or a Master’s with 2 years, and strong Linux/test automation skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.
- Active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph within the last 7 years.
- Experience with Linux-based systems and DoD software environments.
Responsibilities
- Support software development and full lifecycle testing for mission systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain test plans, cases, and processes.
- Create and maintain test environments and automated test capabilities.
- Perform Integration & Testing and Acceptance Testing, report and track issues.
