Job summary

Flex is seeking a Test Engineer located in Austin, TX. You will report to the Test Engineering Manager and act as a technical lead and individual contributor.

You’ll design procedures, automate test execution, analyze data for continuous improvement, and deliver robust end-customer solutions. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/EE or related, 1+ years in failure analysis and system-level testing, and proficiency in Python, Bash, and Linux.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/EE or related field.
• 1+ years of hands-on failure analysis and system-level testing in a high-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash), advanced Linux CLI, and hardware/network troubleshooting.
