Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in mechanical, aerospace, electrical engineering or similar.
• Recent graduate within the last year; eligible to start Fall 2026.
• Experience with testing environments and executing test procedures.
• Relevant internship or co-op and leadership qualities.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate within an inclusive culture.
• Ability to work independently and in a team on rapid development programs.
• Desire for advanced degree is a plus; hazard and risk analysis experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyze test data to support requirements verification tasks.
• Direct hardware integration into test facilities.
• Conduct test planning, risk assessments, evaluation, and mitigations, test setup, execution, post-test data review, and performance analysis.
• Develop test support software and equipment to improve test frequency and quality.
• Identify, scope, and resolve test-related problems.
