Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Test Engineer I to join a client in Grapevine, TX. This is a full-time, direct hire position. The role is 100% onsite. This will be at their Grapevine, TX location, but candidates must be willing to go to their Fort Worth site as needed. This is a computer hardware focused position.

Test EngineerThe Test Engineer will establish test procedures and oversee product testing throughout development and production stages.

Job Duties:

• Coordinate and execute tests during the quality control phase of manufacturing.
• Gather and analyze information on materials and components used in production.
• Develop proposals for testing programs and procedures, specifying testing conditions.
• Conduct tests on new products and design systems to collect digital data during testing.
• Analyze test data to assess the accuracy and reliability of results.
• Identify and address issues with new products, recommending or implementing solutions.
• Continue testing and refinement until results meet product requirements and specifications.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and recommend production modifications based on findings.
• Develop and integrate quality control testing procedures into the production process.
• Seek innovative methods to save time and reduce costs while maintaining quality effectiveness.
• Maintain a positive work environment that supports the company's culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or a minimum of two years of experience as a Test Engineer.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Moderate experience with scripting/configuring using C++, Python, XML, CMD, etc.
• Robust understanding of general computing device architecture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software for preparing test reports and proposals.
