Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) is offering a Test Engineer fellowship responsibility focusing on simulating, testing, certifying and improving advanced aerospace products across ISR, aviation and space domains. You will craft complex test plans and execute verification activities, enabling successful product validation during development and integration.

The program is designed for active-duty personnel transitioning to civilian work, with benefits and opportunities through SNC’s military

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Science degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Experience planning, conducting and documenting Verification and Validation (V&V) activities
• Thorough understanding of engineering principles and practices
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams
• Advanced knowledge of requirements management, system design, and systems integration
• Higher education may substitute for relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans and procedures for diverse systems to verify product requirements
• Execute tests using industry-standard tools and document results
• Collaborate across disciplines to test system and component level products throughout the lifecycle
