Job summary

Ditch Witch, a premier division of The Toro Company, in Perry, Oklahoma, seeks a Test Engineer to join our team. You will develop and conduct test programs for components and products, guiding test equipment and data acquisition for lab and field use.

Responsibilities include supporting product development, designing test methods, preparing procedures and reports, and providing technical direction to project teams. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• Test Engineer I–V levels with progressive years of experience (0–2, 2, 4, 7, 10+).
• Background with mechanical and electromechanical systems.
• Working knowledge of test specifications for components and systems.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and test fields.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide test support for product development design groups.
• Design and conduct test programs to verify specifications and reliability.
• Design, develop and specify test methods, fixtures, and equipment.
• Prepare, approve, and maintain test procedures, forms and data records.
• Prepare test reports to communicate results and recommendations.
• Provide technical direction for personnel assigned to projects.
