Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field.
• Test Engineer I, 0-2 years experience in similar field.
• Test Engineer II, minimum of 2 years in similar field.
• Test Engineer III, minimum of 4 years in similar field.
• Test Engineer IV, minimum of 7 years in similar field.
• Test Engineer V, minimum of 10 years in similar field.
• Background with significant mechanical/electromechanical experience.
• Working knowledge of test specifications for components and systems.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and test fields.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide test support for product development design groups.
• Design and conduct test programs to verify specifications and reliability.
• Design, develop and/or specify test methods, fixtures, and equipment.
• Prepare, approve, and maintain test procedures, forms and other data records.
• Prepare test reports communicating results, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Provide technical direction for personnel on projects.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
