Job summary

Executive Alliance is seeking a Junior Test Engineer to contribute to product testing and development, building test setups, creating test routines, test software, and test automation.

You will work with Design Engineers and production managers, supporting test stations, equipment, and production runs. C# experience and ATE testing are valued as you assist in troubleshooting and development.

Qualifications

• Must have BSEE or electrical engineering degree or relevant military training and experience.
• Power electronics background preferred.
• Basic understanding of analog and digital circuit design and conditioning.
• Some exposure to software such as C#, embedded code development, debuggers desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work with Design Engineers on test equipment hardware, software, reliability, and qualification across shifts and facilities.
• Support maintenance and repair of test station hardware, software and interface test adaptors.
• Collaborate with production personnel to resolve test-related issues.
• PCB assembly & test traveler document preparation.
• Test box development and initial production run support.
• ATE test integration and development.
• Assist Design Engineers in troubleshooting returned products when required.

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Test Engineer to work in product testing and product development testing. The candidate will work with and report to production and engineering managers. He/she will be responsible for building part test setups, qualification testing, making production test jigs, and developing test routines, test software, and test automation.

Job Function:

• Work with Design Engineers on issues with test equipment hardware, software, reliability, and qualification across multiple shifts and facilities.
• Support maintenance and repair of test station hardware, software and interface test adaptors - both custom designed systems and COTS.
• Work with factory production personnel to resolve test related issues.
• PCB assembly & test traveler document preparation.
• Test box development and initial production run support.
• C# code experience for test development.
• ATE test integration and development.
• When required, support the Design Engineers in troubleshooting and repairing returned products from the customers.

Job Requirement:
