You will generate test plans, create test and characterization programs, design ATE interface boards, analyze silicon data, and collaborate with design and production teams to release products to volume manufacturing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Work with design team to understand design specifications.
  • Generate test plans, create test and characterization programs, design ATE interface boards.
  • Debug silicon on ATE and correlate results with bench data.
  • Analyze silicon results and support failure analysis tasks.
  • Perform statistical analysis of yield fallout and debug/fix yield issues.
  • Collaborate with production to release products to volume manufacturing.
  • Define and implement test strategy for new DCDC converter products.
  • Oversee ATE test hardware and software.
  • Engage in silicon qualification and characterization, including hardware development.
  • Drive robust, cost-effective test solutions ensuring product quality.
