Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with test development for mixed-signal ICs
• Familiarity with ATE testing and bench data analysis
• Ability to analyze yield and support failure analysis

Responsibilities

• Work with design team to understand design specifications
• Generate test plans and test/char programs; design ATE hardware interfaces
• Debug silicon on ATE and correlate results with bench data
• Analyze silicon results; support failure analysis tasks
• Perform statistical analysis of yield fallout and optimize test time
• Work with production to release products to volume production
• Define and implement test strategies for new battery products
• Develop and maintain ATE test hardware and software
• Characterize silicon and perform qualification tests
• Drive robust and cost-effective test solutions for quality
