Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a testing engineer to forecast revenue growth through developing test programs for electronic circuits and basic digital circuitry. The role includes producing test jigs, verifying designs, and planning DFt for new products.

Candidates should have a minimum Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (or related field) or an Electronics associate degree with experience, plus 1+ years in testing engineering, strong communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; or associate degree with equivalent years’ experience.
• 1+ years of testing engineering experience including writing test programs and verifying TS/TE test items.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
• Circuit analysis, bench level equipment skills, and report writing.
• Ability to work using schematic diagrams, written and verbal descriptions or layouts to perform testing and troubleshooting.

• Evaluating and verifying engineering design/factory process alteration.
• Planning/evaluating/verifying/tracking new product DFt.
• Analyzing product trial production and mass production line problem countermeasures.
• Installing test equipment of engineering/production line and planning for Burn‑in.
• Verifying and confirming TS (test notes) and TE test items.
• Verifying the product and completing the test plan and test report.
• Confirming the PWB test point.
• Analyzing RFQ and planning test methods for new products.

What we require (Skills and Background):

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field; or associate degree in Electronics with equivalent years’ experience in a related field.
