The United States Golf Association (USGA) is seeking a Test Engineer to support its Equipment Testing team at the Pinehurst, NC campus. You will design new testing equipment, run tests, analyze data, and report findings to support conformance and research across golf equipment.
Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physics, with 3+ years of relevant experience, strong reporting skills, and proficiency in test automation and data analysis.

About this role: The Test Engineer is responsible for supporting the Equipment Testing team in the execution of equipment testing activities. The mission of the testing team is to complete all testing safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Design and develop new testing equipment, procedures, and methodologies.
This role will be based at our Pinehurst, NC campus. Employees are expected to spend 5 days per week working in the office. Occasional travel may be required to support field testing and other testing-related activities.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
Experience calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting laboratory or test equipment.
Level: Test EngineerJob Location: Pinehurst, NC Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000. This range represents what we reasonably expect to pay as starting base compensation for this role. Compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, depth of experience, and relevant certifications. In addition to your base compensation, the USGA provides competitive benefit offerings for all full‑time employees.
