Job summary

Connexion Systems & Engineering Inc. is seeking 3 Test Engineers in Lexington, MA to develop and maintain test infrastructure for satellite software and hardware systems. Roles involve hardware/software integration, verification, and system testing throughout the product lifecycle.

The position is 80% onsite with standard M-F hours and a 3-year contract. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or CS is required, plus experience with COSMOS/Ruby scripting and testing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• Active Secret clearance (Top Secret/SCI preferred) or ability to obtain it is required.
• Experience with hardware and software integration and test lifecycle.
• Experience developing test plans, monitoring execution, and evaluating results.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated test tools and procedures; execute test plans and validate system performance.
• Troubleshoot hardware and firmware issues and support product verification and certification.

Our defense client is seeking 3 Test Engineers to develop and maintain test infrastructure supporting advanced satellite software and hardware systems. This role involves hardware and software integration, verification, and system testing throughout the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Developing automated test tools and procedures, executing test plans, validating system performance, troubleshooting hardware and firmware issues, and supporting product verification and certification.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Active Secret clearance (Top Secret/SCI preferred)
• Experience with hardware and software integration
• Experience with the software development lifecycle, including architecture, design, implementation, documentation, and testing
• Experience developing test plans, monitoring test execution, and evaluating results
• Experience testing and debugging hardware and/or firmware
• Scripting and automation experience (COSMOS, Ruby, or similar)
• XML experience
• Experience using electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, power supplies, or similar hardware debugging tools

Preferred Qualifications

• COSMOS and/or Ruby scripting
• C/C++ TCP/IP and UDP/IP networking
• Experience supporting satellite or spaceflight programs
• Active TS/SCI clearance
