Anduril Industries is seeking a motivated Test and Evaluation Engineer to support critical test campaigns for our Connected Warfare Systems—Eagle Eye, the Army’s Next Generation Command & Control (NGC2) system, Menace of Family of Systems, and related cutting‑edge products. This is an ideal role for a junior to mid-level engineer eager to work on developmental and operational testing across integrated software and hardware systems.

What You’ll Do

Support Test Campaigns:

  • Assist in developing and executing test plans for Eagle Eye and other Connected Warfare products.

Data Collection & Analysis:

  • Help gather test data, analyze performance, and compile reports to provide actionable insights.

Coordination & Documentation:

  • Collaborate in Test Readiness Reviews and document issues, deviations, and corrective actions.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with engineering teams to ensure traceability from requirements through verification and validation.

Field & Lab Testing:

  • Participate in both lab-based test setups and field validation testing to support system improvements.
Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Electrical, Computer, or a related Engineering discipline.

Experience:

  • Experience in test and evaluation, either through relevant work experience or internships/projects.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic understanding of requirements development, test planning, and data analysis.

Communication:

  • Strong written and verbal skills; ability to collaborate across teams.

Security:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with RF communications, tactical datalinks, or C2 systems.
  • Exposure to lab-based testing or field testing environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with test instrumentation and data analysis tools.
  • Interest in learning DoD test protocols and industry best practices.

US Salary Range

$112,000 - $149,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
