Job summary

Amphenol ICC in Etters, PA is seeking a Manager, Test Development Engineering to lead test development for Cable Backplane Systems. The role drives end-to-end test solutions from concept through manufacturing readiness and sustaining support.

The candidate will oversee architecture and deployment of automated test equipment (ATE), BERT, VNA, and related tools, while collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, and operations to ensure product performance and production ramps.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering; MS preferred.
• 8+ years of engineering experience in electronics, interconnect, test development, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineers, technical teams, or complex engineering programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of electrical, functional, and manufacturing test solutions from concept to production release.
• Drive test readiness into NPI program gates with ownership of performance, schedule, risk retirement, validation, and launch.
• Develop and maintain standards for test coverage, calibration, and data integrity.
• Ensure transfer to manufacturing with complete documentation and training.
• Lead architecture, design, validation, and deployment of automated test equipment and related test platforms.
