Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
  • Familiarity with digital K-12 assessment, assessment frameworks, and U.S. content standards.
  • Content knowledge in reading or ELA, science, or math including U.S. standards and frameworks.
  • Experience with document review and applying technical standards.
  • One or two years of teaching experience.
  • Experience with operational assessments is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support all stages of assessment development, including collecting, analyzing, and reviewing items, frameworks, and reporting.
  • Collect, collate, and analyze comments on assessment materials from team members and clients.
  • Perform user experience reviews of assessment platforms and QC reviews of content integration.
  • Observe operational assessment activities including scoring and trainings (virtual and in-person).
  • Develop presentations and concise written summaries for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Manage outreach, records, and follow-up for partnerships and client engagements.
