Job summary

Caterpillar Remanufacturing in Corinth, MS is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician III to support the Operations team and Engineering in daily production and project execution. The role involves developing print packages, tooling and fixturing, ETQ documentation, and creating plant layouts.

You will work with engineers on NPI and new equipment runs, while ensuring quality and safety. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in diesel engine environments, with strong schematic reading, PFMEAs,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a diesel engine manufacturing or test facility.
• Experience reading wiring and mechanical schematics (prints).
• Experience reading and understanding precision gauges and/or torque devices.
• Experience with process flow diagrams, control plans, and PFMEAs.
• High proficiency of PC skills including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support Manufacturing Engineers in project execution and daily operations.
• Develop print packages for RFQ, tooling and fixturing.
• Create ETQ documentation and plant layouts; update standard work and process flow.
• Manage Suppliers for lifting devices, tooling, and fixturing.
• Assist with NPI and implementation of updated processes; run-offs of new equipment.
• Create tooling drawings and plant layouts in AutoCAD.
