Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Caterpillar Remanufacturing facility OR a manufacturing related degree.
• Experience reading blueprints and precision gauges/torque devices.
• Experience with IT tasks (network, hardware, software) and PFMEAs.
• Experience troubleshooting, problem solving, and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support Manufacturing Engineers in project execution and daily Operations.
• Develop print packages for RFQs, tooling and fixturing; CI and ETQ documentation.
• Create/update Standard Work, process flow, control plans, and plant layouts; assist NPI.
• Assist in testing, installation, and run-off of new equipment and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and root-cause analysis.
