Latent AI is seeking a TEST SPECIALIST (STARLINK) on the 2nd shift to ensure optical test systems operate efficiently. You will engage in responsibilities such as triaging test failures, building automated hardware test systems, and training production technicians.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, hands-on experience, and proficiency in standard software applications, with additional skills in programming and Linux environments preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 2+ years of professional experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment or a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optical test systems are operating properly.
• Build and validate automated hardware test systems.
• Identify design gaps and update documentation.

Skills

Hands-on manufacturing experience

Proficient with standard software (Excel, Word)

Experience with programming (Python, C++)

Communication skills

Ability to learn quickly and adapt

Education

High school diploma or equivalency

Bachelor's degree in engineering or science

Tools

CAD software (NX, TeamCenter)
