Job summary

FII is seeking a Test Technician for a 10PM–6AM shift to support the production line and IT-related tasks in Houston. You will inspect and maintain test equipment, coordinate testing activities, and assist with fault analysis while recording data and collaborating with test engineers.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic IT interest, and proficiency in technical English; familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school education.
• Entry level position with interest in IT.
• Proficiency in technical English.
• User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows OS (Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 R2/2016).

Responsibilities

• Support the production line.
• Provide the Engineering Department with relevant information and report issues to the direct supervisor and Engineering.
• Perform additional installation tasks.
• Monitor server operations.
• Timely notify Engineering about depletion of spare parts.
• Ensure safe and undamaged use of tools and high-value components, and ensure their availability.
