Job summary

A&M Technologies, Inc. in Sterling, VA, is seeking a Test Automation Engineer with a TS/SCI with Poly clearance to support DoD‑level IT programs.

You will design and execute automated system tests, develop scripts (Selenium, Cucumber, PowerShell, Ansible, Groovy) and work across cloud and hybrid environments.

Experience with ServiceNow and understanding relationships between cloud, infrastructure, and security domains is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and executing automated system testing with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Must meet DOD 8140 requirements (Security+ CE Certification at minimum).
• Demonstrated expertise as a Test Automation Engineer delivering similar scope projects.
• Experience developing scripts using selenium, cucumber, bash, PowerShell, Ansible, and groovy (Jenkins).
• Expertise with Test Automation Frameworks: Linear, Modular, Data Driven, Behavior Driven frameworks.

We are actively seeking Test Automation Engineer candidates who have an understanding of working in ServiceNow and overseeing a total system perspective including technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of cloud and hybrid services, infrastructure and security domains. Must have an TS/SCI with Poly clearance to be considered.

Required Experience Include

• 10+ years' experience in designing and executing automated system testing plus a Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Must meet DOD 8140 requirements (Security+ CE Certification at minimum)
• Demonstrated expertise as a Test Automation Engineer delivering similar scope projects
• Experience developing scripts using selenium, cucumber, bash, PowerShell, Ansible, and groovy (Jenkins)
• Expertise with Test Automation Frameworks: Linear Frameworks, Modular Frameworks, Data Driven Frameworks, Behavior Driven Frameworks (Would be a bonus for future AI development)
• An understanding of Load Testing verses Functional Testing with a demonstrated ability to analyze test results
• Understanding of all security related requirements in secure environments
• Familiar with Agile Methodologies and ability to accurately decompose tasks for Jira stories
• Expert troubleshooting and solutioning skills
• Strong technical documentation skills

Qualifications

• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Experience with other Cloud environments (Azure, Google, Oracle, IBM)
• Experience with IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management, TeamWork Cloud/Cameo experience, Microsoft Project and/or Tableau
• Familiarity with reviewing and responding to system alerts from visualization applications such as Grafana
