Job summary

A&M Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer to navigate complex, hybrid IT environments and deliver automated testing solutions for DoD-grade systems. The role emphasizes security compliance, scripting across multiple languages, and robust documentation.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in automated testing, applies MBSE concepts, and can work across cloud environments (Azure, Google, Oracle, IBM). TS/SCI with Poly clearance is required for consideration.

Qualifications

10+ years of designing and executing automated system testing with a Bachelor's degree.
Must meet DOD 8140 requirements (Security+ CE Certification at minimum)
Demonstrated expertise as a Test Automation Engineer delivering similar scope projects
Experience developing scripts using selenium, cucumber, bash, PowerShell, Ansible, and groovy (Jenkins)
Expertise with Test Automation Frameworks: Linear Frameworks, Modular Frameworks, Data Driven Frameworks, Behavior Driven Frameworks
An understanding of Load Testing verses Functional Testing with a demonstrated ability to analyze test results
Understanding of all security related requirements in secure environments
Familiar with Agile Methodologies and ability to accurately decompose tasks for Jira stories
Expert troubleshooting and solutioning skills
Strong technical documentation skills
