JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Software Engineer Test Automation Associate to join the Corporate Technology HR Workforce Technology Testing Center of Excellence. You will design, build, and maintain automated tests across multiple domains to ensure secure, scalable software products and rapid delivery within an agile team.

You will leverage AI-assisted tools, implement BDD, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve code quality and testing coverage through automation across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools.
• Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows and secure handling of inputs/outputs.
• Experience across the whole Software Development Life Cycle.
• Exposure to agile methodologies including CI/CD and version control.
• Must have expertise in Test Automation, Functional, Performance, and Regression Testing.
• Proficient in SQL/Test data management.
• Hands-on practical experience with test automation tools like Selenium or Cucumber.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to test automation communities and events to explore new technologies.
