We are looking for a skilled and motivated Test Automation Engineer to join our Codebeamer team at PTC Hungary. In this role, you will contribute to the quality and reliability of our software by designing, implementing, and maintaining automated UI tests. You will work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to ensure our solutions meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain UI test automation scripts using modern frameworks and tools.
• Continuously improve the test coverage of our existing automated test suites.
• Perform regular maintenance of automated test cases to ensure stability and relevance.
• Configure and maintain the test environment, ensuring consistency across test runs.
• Monitor and report results from nightly automation test executions, identifying regressions and anomalies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in test automation, preferably in UI testing.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Codebeamer or other ALM tools.
• Knowledge of Agile development practices.
• Familiarity with containerized environments (e.g., Docker).
