About The Role

We are looking for a Test Architect / Quality Product Owner who is passionate about driving product quality, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and owning end-to-end testing strategy in an agile environment.

In this cross-functional role, you will work at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success—helping to define, prioritize, and implement comprehensive quality practices that align with product vision and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the test and quality strategy across the product lifecycle
• Collaborate with Scrum teams, Product Owners, Sales & Customer Success to gather and refine quality requirements
• Translate customer needs into testable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Lead creation and adoption of test strategies, test plans, frameworks, and non-functional requirement validations
• Align with multiple product teams to manage dependencies and ensure end-to-end quality
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes including TDD, BDD, CI/CD practices
• Own and maintain test documentation, quality dashboards, and defect management processes
• Prioritize and accept testing stories and defects based on business impact
• Lead release planning, sprint demos, and retrospectives alongside Scrum Masters
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in Quality Engineering or Test Engineering
• 4+ years in Scrum with 2+ years as a Product Owner
• Strong experience in designing and implementing test frameworks
• Solid understanding of system architecture, business logic, and test strategy planning
• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and technical communication skills
• Knowledge of storage, virtualization, networking, and cloud-based systems
• Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
  
  

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Atlassian products: JIRA, Confluence
• Working experience with Worksoft products (Certify, CTM etc)
• Experience conducting and interpreting user research in order to make the correct product decisions
• Understanding of relevant regulations and standards
• Familiarity with cloud computing and related technologies
• Familiarity with CI / CD tools like Jenkins
• Experience with TDD and BDD frameworks
• 2+ years system level design experience
  
  

Location: Remote

Compensation: $100k - $150k plus annual bonus

Time-zone: Working on US time-zone, ideally CST hours
