We’re actively looking for a Technical Product Owner to join a high-impact data team on a 6–12-month contract. This role is remote but does require occasional travel to New York every two months. Candidates must be able to work EST hours.

Please note: We are not engaging with third-party vendors or C2C agencies for this role. Direct consultants only.

As a Technical Product Owner, you’ll lead data transformation and flow management efforts across production, build, and BAU environments. This is a hands-on role requiring strong Snowflake expertise, a firm grasp of data architecture, and proven experience working across technical and business teams in an Agile setting.

• Manage and prioritize product backlogs in Scrum/Kanban frameworks
• Partner with dev, QA, and business stakeholders through the full SDLC
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Oversee end-to-end data flows and system integration across environments
• Manage Snowflake-based ingestion/output pipelines ensuring data quality
• Utilize Jira, Confluence, SQL, and MS Office for documentation and collaboration
• Apply lean product practices to improve team delivery and efficiency
• 5+ years as a Product Owner or related role in a data-centric environment
• Deep hands-on experience with Snowflake, including ingestion and transformation
• Strong understanding of data architecture and enterprise data integration
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, SQL, and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Background in banking or financial services
• Experience in enterprise data platforms or data management
