Job summary

Precision Personnel is seeking a Test and Validation Technician to help build aircraft subsystems integration test labs. You will read wiring diagrams, interpret schematics, and identify common electrical symbols and components in a lab setting.

You will repair and replace aircraft subsystem components, maintain lab documentation, and assist in troubleshooting integration issues while fabricating wiring harnesses for testing. A safety-focused mindset and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as an electrical technician in aviation, aerospace or similar industry.
• Technical skills and expertise in avionics and aircraft subsystems operation and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience cutting, splicing and crimping wires to fabricate wiring harnesses.
• Extreme attention to detail and high quality workmanship.
• Ability to replace various subsystems components and troubleshoot issues.
