Job summary

The Swift Group in Annapolis Junction, MD, seeks a Test and Integration Engineer (Levels 1–4) to support IA hardware testing and integration across multiple experience levels.

Responsibilities include developing testing processes, executing activities, evaluating risks, and supporting configuration control, with level-based experience and degree substitutions and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph requirement.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of IA hardware testing and integration development experience with a related Engineering or Computer Science degree.
• Six (6) years of IA hardware testing and integration development experience with a related Engineering or Computer Science degree.
• Ten (10) years of IA hardware testing and integration development experience with a related Engineering or Computer Science degree.
• Fifteen (15) years of IA hardware testing and integration development experience with a related Engineering or Computer Science degree, plus substitutions for education; TS/SCI with Polygraph and US citizenship required.

We are looking for a Test and Integration Engineer in Annapolis Junction, MD. Seeking Level 1-4 engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop systems and software testing and integration processes in support of new systems or new baseline deployments and align with Enterprise systems engineering and integration processes
• Provide systems test and integration support in the implementation of new systems or new baseline deployments
• Evaluate risks and impacts of proposed systems testing and integration processes
• Execute test and integration activities
• Support configuration control of systems testing and integration requirements
• Support evaluation and documentation of testing and integration activities, including evaluation of requirements satisfaction

Levels 1-4

Level 1

• One (1) year of IA hardware testing and integration development experience and an Engineering or Computer Science Bachelor’s degree.
• An additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for the education requirement.

Level 2

• Six (6) years of IA hardware testing and integration development experience and an Engineering or Computer Science Bachelor’s degree.
• An additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for the education requirement.

Level 3

• Ten (10) years of IA hardware testing and integration development experience and an Engineering or Computer Science Bachelor’s degree.
• An additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for the education requirement.

Level 4

• Fifteen (15) years of IA hardware testing and integration development experience and an Engineering or Computer Science Bachelor’s degree.
• An additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for the education requirement.
• Master’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science may be used to substitute 2 years of experience and a PHD in Engineering or Computer Science may be used to substitute 4 years of experience.
• US citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00
