As a Test and Evaluation (T & E) Subject Matter Expert (SME), you’ll work with a team of experts to create comprehensive test plans and documentation to support acquisition strategies for Navy communications systems. You’ll support the development and maintenance of T & E Master Plans (TEMP) in accordance with DoD and Navy T & E guidance, policies, and templates. You'll collaborate with Navy’s Program Management Office (PMO) stakeholders, developers, engineers, and cyber experts to identify and prioritize testing requirements, coordinate test resources, and ensure successful test execution.

You’ll work with test organizations to support program integration plans, and plan and conduct activities with members from the user and DoD community. Additionally, you’ll identify and maintain relevant metrics for evaluating T & E efforts and recommend improvements or tools. You’ll analyze system requirements and documents to develop test plans and procedures, conduct test execution, analyze data, and report results.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in engineering, supporting test events or exercises with appropriate hardware configurations
• 5+ years of experience leading teams and managing work
• Experience with Government T & E concepts, engineering, acquisition, and operations
• Experience assessing operational and system performance requirements for T & E objectives
• Effective communication skills with developers, clients, and leadership
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to manage discrepancy reports during testing
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Software, or Cyber

Nice If You Have:

• Master’s degree in relevant fields
• Defense Acquisition University T & E Level I and II Certification or CTEP Certification

Clearance:

Applicants will undergo a security investigation; Secret clearance required.

Compensation:

We offer comprehensive benefits and a salary range of $86,900 to $198,000 annually, depending on various factors. This posting closes within 90 days.
