BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina is seeking a tester to coordinate testing for major system enhancements. You will prepare test data, develop matrices, execute tests, and report findings to ensure successful implementations.

As a liaison between operations, testers, and Information Systems, you’ll help resolve production issues and support ongoing system functionality in a hybrid work setup that can transition to remote after training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic business math and analytical skills are necessary.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Knowledge of general systems support is preferred.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review test data and matrices for system changes.
• Research and document system problems and assist in resolution.
• Coordinate between operations testers and IS to facilitate communication.
