Job summary

Version 1 is seeking a mid-senior Test Analyst to define and execute test strategies, ensure traceability, and support agile development teams with automated testing.

The role emphasizes improving processes, measuring quality, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced IT environment.

Qualifications

• Have minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Test Analyst
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong experience of iterative / incremental software delivery
• Experience of working in fast paced environments to strict deadlines
• Strong background in software integration and system testing
• Experience of automated testing
• Experience using HP QC
• Experience of defining test strategy / test approach
• Must be flexible, independent and self-motivated
• Experience in supporting team success and motivating others to keep morale and performance high
• Bachelor's Degree or HNC in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
• ISTQB Foundation Certification
• You must hold active SC Clearance
