Job summary

Constellation West seeks a journeyman systems/network administrator to support AMDOTS IT equipment and ensure secure, available, recoverable, and high-performing operations at Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado.

Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining networks and servers, creating backups, enforcing security, and delivering system reports to the Government. A Secret clearance, US citizenship, and DoD cybersecurity certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in internal/external network setup, configuration and support; network performance issues; operating-system installation and maintenance; and application installation and maintenance.
• U.S. citizenship.
• At least a Secret security clearance.

Mandatory Qualifications - Solicitation Minimums

• At least 3 years of experience in internal/external network setup, configuration and support; network performance issues; operating-system installation and maintenance; and application installation and maintenance.
• U.S. citizenship.
• At least a Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience administering secure DoD networks and servers in classified environments.
• Experience with backup/recovery, vulnerability patching, access control, configuration management, system hardening, and network performance troubleshooting.
• Relevant DoD cybersecurity or system-administration certification(s).
