Responsabilités

• Provide direct ELD instruction to Multilingual Learners across grade levels.
• Deliver bilingual academic support in collaboration with content-area teachers.
• Differentiate instruction based on language proficiency and needs.
• Use data to monitor language growth and academic progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation for student performance and program compliance.
• Communicate with families, including outreach in Spanish when appropriate.
• Create an inclusive, linguistically rich classroom environment.
• Collaborate with school teams to support student success.
• Engage in ongoing professional development on ELD and culturally responsive practices.
