Job summary

Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Tesla Technician to join our team at Napleton’s Volkswagen of Sanford in Sanford, Florida. The technician will perform vehicle repairs and maintenance per dealer and factory standards, helping build customer trust and loyalty through accurate diagnoses and quality service.

We offer a competitive pay range with a sign-on bonus up to $6,000, paid training and certifications, and a climate-controlled shop.

Qualifications

• Tesla Technician experience.
• ASE certification desirable.
• Excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers
• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate
• Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur
• Maintains an organized work area

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Tesla Technician. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Located at Napleton’s Volkswagen of Sanford, the Tesla Technician will be responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This position will build Customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in Napleton through effectively diagnosing vehicles.

• ASE certification desirable
