Job summary

JAE Electronics seeks an Assistant Sales Manager & Program Manager to lead all aspects of the Tesla business, including coordinating with Tesla Inc. and acting as the global account manager representing JAE worldwide.

This role provides sales support to customers and may develop Sales Account Managers if growth warrants. The position also handles program management for design‑in, development and utilization of JAE products with key customers, interfacing with OEM applications and connector

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or business is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales management, preferably in connectors or electronic components.
• Experience interfacing with customers and internal teams on OEM accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop overall business strategy and tactical plans for Tesla business objectives.
• Create and administer objectives/sales plans for each division.
• Oversee compensation and incentive plans for employees if applicable.
