Auburn University’s TES Agent Assistant in Limestone County supports the 4-H program by coordinating in-school and after-school activities with schools and volunteers, and by assisting with enrollment data and curriculum. Most work occurs in classrooms across Limestone County, helping to implement goals and engage youth.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least four years of related experience in education, customer service, or administration.
The TES Agent Assistant will be responsible for implementing and coordinating the goals and objectives for the Limestone County 4‑H program. For the County 4‑H Program, the Agent Assistant will work with schools and volunteers to coordinate and/or facilitate in‑school, after‑school, and special‑interest community 4‑H clubs.
Temporary Employment Services (TES), a unit of the Auburn University Department of Human Resources, is an in‑house support center established to meet the temporary employment needs of the university. TES provides qualified and dedicated temporary employees in a wide variety of occupations to meet the staffing needs throughout the campus.
AU student employees are not eligible for TES.
The majority of the work for this position will be done in the classroom(s) of schools located throughout Limestone County.
