Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a Staff Registered Nurse for Tertiary Care in Massachusetts. The role supports the nurse-patient/family relationship, coordinates care, and adheres to professional standards within the Lahey Clinic Professional Practice Model.

Under supervision, you’ll contribute to high-quality patient care, professional development, and evidence-based practice. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing.
• Massachusetts RN license in good standing (Board of Registration).
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care with clinical judgment and accountability.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams to coordinate patient care across shifts.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning.
• Demonstrate professional conduct and adherence to regulatory standards and policies.
