Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse: Tertiary Care to join our inpatient team. You will provide high-quality nursing care, coordinate with the health care team, and support patients and families with a focus on safety and compassionate care.

The role features a $10,000 sign-on bonus eligible, a 36-hour weekly schedule with nights (7P-7A), and an every-other-weekend/holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality patient care and coordinate care across the care team.
• Develop culturally competent care plans addressing patient problems and outcomes.
• Delegate, supervise, and collaborate with care team to ensure safe delivery of care.
• Maintain knowledge of unit policies and regulatory requirements.
