Responsibilities

• Clinical Judgment and Decision Making: provide safe patient care with organized skills, develop culturally competent plan of care, perform systematic patient/family assessment, tailor care to patient age, evaluate outcomes.
• Professional Relationship: establish collaboration with nurses, physicians, patients and families, educate on illness and prevention, support community initiatives.
• Clinical Leadership: foster a responsive learning environment, mentor others, demonstrate professional conduct and ethical decision-making, lead discussions on care quality.
• Delegation & Supervision: assign tasks appropriately, teach/supervise delegates, ensure outcomes of delegation.
