Job summary

New England Baptist Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, seeks a part-time Night Shift RN. The role features 12-hour shifts with weekend coverage every third weekend and a sign-on bonus up to $9,000. You will deliver bedside care in a fast-paced environment and support patient-centered recovery.

BSN is required with MA RN licensure; ACLS/BLS are mandatory, and IV skills are preferred. Parking is available; compensation reflects experience and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• BSN required; RN MA license required; ACLS/BLS certification required.
• 1 year ICU experience preferred; telemetry experience considered.
• IV skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care and clinical judgments for all patient populations.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans following NEBH standards.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses; manage pain assessment and documentation.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge patients; document thoroughly and coordinate with care team.
• Maintain infection control standards and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
