Mars is seeking a Veterinary District Sales Manager for the Royal Canin brand in Des Moines, IA. This field-based role requires living within the territory and delivering veterinary clinic growth through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

You will translate product knowledge into clinic opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and present compelling business cases to drive territory performance. Travel ~20-30% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Veterinary clinic experience preferred.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (oral and written).
• Possession of a driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Overnight travel required, occasional weekends; approximately 20-30% travel.

Responsabilidades

• Translate knowledge of products, categories, customers and data into business opportunities.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan for clinics in the territory.
• Establish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers.
• Deliver data-driven presentations addressing veterinary staff needs.
• Collaborate with Account teams, Digital Sales, Inside Accounts and Scientific Affairs.
• Manage budget, CRM calls and expense reporting in a timely manner.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and adjust strategies to maximize territory performance.
