Job summary

The Hillman Group is hiring a Store Sales Representative to own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You will keep displays sharp, maintain inventory flow, and nurture customer relationships across your assigned locations.

You’ll travel between multiple store locations, execute planograms, stock and organize products, and perform display resets. Strong communication and reading planograms are key, with occasional overnight travel possible.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising, or field service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel between stores and manage schedules.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and be the face of Hillman in stores.
• Maintain displays, execute planograms, and ensure inventory flow.
• Stock, order, and organize product for optimal levels.
• Perform display resets and fixture assembly as needed.
• Build relationships with store associates and managers.
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation.
