The Hillman Group is seeking a Store Sales Representative to own your territory, be the face of Hillman in your stores, and keep displays sharp while maintaining inventory and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Retail or field-service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between stores and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and be the face of Hillman in stores.
• Maintain displays, stock products, and ensure inventory flow.
• Build relationships with store staff and managers.
• Execute plan-ograms and reset displays as needed.
• Complete service reports and photo documentation.
• Travel between multiple store locations within your territory.
• Identify and resolve in-store issues quickly.
